Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Aisprx and its associated services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aisprx Global ("Aisprx," "we," "our," or "us"), including the website at aisprx.com, Airox at airox.aisprx.com, the authentication hub at login.aisprx.com, and any related applications, features, or content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1.1 Product-Specific Terms

IntelIQ is an interview practice and coaching app. It may generate questions, transcripts, scores, summaries, report cards, and AI coaching reports. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate, and they do not guarantee employment, admission, certification, or assessment outcomes.

AISPRX Rooms is a live collaboration app for study rooms, interviews, games, media watching, and team learning. Room hosts and participants must use room tools lawfully, respectfully, and in line with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may authenticate using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use the limited profile information described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Permitted Use

Our Services are designed for legitimate, positive interactions. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or any connected networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services.
  • Use the Services to distribute unsolicited promotional content or spam.
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, deceptive, or violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Use IntelIQ to cheat live interviews, exams, hiring assessments, or other evaluations where outside assistance is prohibited.

5. Collaborative Rooms (Airox)

Airox enables real-time collaborative experiences including audio/video communication, synchronized media playback, and interactive games. When using Airox, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Room hosts have administrative control over their rooms, including the ability to remove participants.
  • Content shared within rooms (including audio, video, chat messages, and shared media) is transmitted to other room participants in real-time.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share within rooms does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Guest access is provided as a convenience; guest users are subject to the same conduct requirements.

5.1 Content and Safety Reports

You can report unsafe AI output, abusive rooms, offensive content, impersonation, privacy concerns, and product bugs through the app or our Report Content page. We may review report context, restrict content, limit accounts, preserve evidence where required, or contact you for clarification.

5.2 Data and Account Deletion

You may delete IntelIQ app data, AISPRX Rooms app data, or the full shared AISPRX account. App-only deletion does not delete other AISPRX app data. Payment, fraud-prevention, tax, refund, chargeback, security, or legal records may be retained where required. See Data Deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content, are the property of Aisprx Global or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our Services. By sharing content, you grant Aisprx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you and other participants.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Google OAuth for authentication and WebRTC relay servers for real-time communication. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisprx Global and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aisprx Global and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
