Data Deletion.
AISPRX uses one account across apps, but you can delete data for a specific app without deleting your entire account.
1. Delete IntelIQ App Data
In IntelIQ, open Settings, choose Data & Account Deletion, then select Delete IntelIQ App Data. This removes IntelIQ interview sessions, generated reports, app activity, and practice plan state for your account. Your shared AISPRX account and other AISPRX app data remain active.
2. Delete AISPRX Rooms App Data
In AISPRX Rooms, open Settings, choose Delete account, then select Delete AISPRX Rooms data. This removes room history, Rooms reward or plan state, and Rooms activity for your account. Your shared AISPRX account and other AISPRX app data remain active.
3. Delete Your AISPRX Account
You can also delete the full shared AISPRX account from either app. Account deletion removes the shared identity used across AISPRX apps. Email/password accounts may require password verification. Google sign-in accounts can request deletion without creating a password.
4. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for law, fraud prevention, security, tax, refunds, chargebacks, or dispute handling. Payment processing records are handled separately and are not deleted by app-only deletion.

If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@aisprx.com from your account email and include the app name: IntelIQ or AISPRX Rooms.
