Your privacy is foundational to everything we build. This policy explains how Aisprx collects, uses, and protects your information.

Effective: April 28, 2026Last Updated: May 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Aisprx Global ("Aisprx," "we," "our," or "us") operates a unified digital ecosystem at aisprx.com and its associated subdomains, including airox.aisprx.com (Airox), login.aisprx.com(Authentication Hub), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access or use our Services.

By accessing or using Aisprx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use our Services.

1.1 App-Specific Scope

AISPRX uses one shared account across apps, but app data is separated by product. IntelIQ may process interview setup choices, uploaded resumes or job descriptions, microphone audio, transcripts, AI questions, answers, scores, generated reports, report-card images, and practice plan activity. AISPRX Rooms may process room metadata, participant identity, chat messages, uploaded files, media permission state, room history, rewards, plan activity, and diagnostics.

You can request deletion for only IntelIQ data or only AISPRX Rooms data without deleting your shared AISPRX account. See our Data Deletion page for app-specific deletion steps.

2. Information We Collect
